What sets Calvisius apart is our complete control of the production cycle. From fertilized sturgeon eggs to the refined final product, every step is carefully managed on-site. Our advanced facilities meet the highest European food safety standards (BRC, IFS, ISO) and offer full traceability , even a 10g tin can be traced back to the exact sturgeon, with detailed production data.

Caviar is harvested seasonally in autumn and spring, then lightly salted (Malossol) and packed in original tins (500g–1800g). Consumer sizes range from 10g to 500g, with custom packaging and accessories available upon request.
